Amavi Sherrills Ford offers an array of 2- and 3-bedroom single-family homes with private fenced backyards and attached garages.

We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet fee of $300 per animal. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums per our pet addendum. 

We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.

Three parking spaces are available at the community, located across from the leasing office. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If your package is delivered by USPS, it will be placed in your designated outdoor mailbox. For all other carriers, the package will be delivered to your front door.

Our homes at Amavi Sherrills Ford were built in 2024.

We don't offer courtesy patrol at Amavi Sherrills Ford.

Our community offers a variety of lease terms to meet your needs. Please select an available home to view on our floor plans page for available lease terms. 

Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Amavi Sherrills Ford.

At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.

At Amavi Sherrills Ford there are one-time fees that include an application fee of $75, an administrative fee of $300, and a pet fee of $300 per pet. There is a community bundle fee of $60/month, a bulk WiFi fee of $55/month, and a trash fee of $30/month.

We do not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply). 

We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex. 

With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first day of each month, with a grace period extending to the fifth day of each month. Late fees will start on the sixth of the month.

Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.

🐾 No pet or have an assistance animal? No fee required—just complete the profile so we have your info on file. Your lease process may be delayed if this step isn’t complete, so we recommend checking it off your list early!
